Oligorrecurrent:

LT insteat ADT: 58% No, 39% in a minority of selected patients.

LT + Short ADT: 27% No for all, 46% in a minority of selected patients, 27% for a majority of
patients.
Diagnostic Imaging:
•
CT + bone scintigraphy vs MRI/ PET- CT, may result in an underestimation of lesion number.
•
This in turn makes recommendations for a specific therapeutic approach of the oligometastatic
state even more difficult.
